Ideation
Balance is essential when beginning our ideation phase in any healthcare project. We move quickly to get ideas on paper and in front of key decision makers. These sketches and quick renderings allow our clients to get an idea of a potential final designs aesthetic and shows our approach in packaging solutions to our challenges.
Packaging + Feasibility
As with many healthcare products, specifically in seating we bring a long track record of ergonomic studies and feasibility packages. Here we gain an understanding of what we can do and how we plan on doing it. In this case we focused on ergonomic comfort for patients, packaging a cooling unit in the headrest and providing a work-surface.
Concept Development
As our concept really started to take form we began bringing all our solutions together to get a holistic feel of the property. Here we package mechanisms and technology as well as developing A-surface and running FEA and analysis on new features. This brings us closer to production and heads off future issues.
