Designing the Future of Casegoods
Stanley Innerspace approached us to help develop a line of case-goods to be used across a vast array of hospital environments and increase infection control.

Ideation
Stanley Innerspace invited our design team to attend an annual sales conference in Boston, Mass. To kick-off 8000 series development. This conference was a great way to gather input from a long list of share holders. Using this information we were full of ideas and got to work getting them on paper and working through challenges shared and problematic areas.
Concept Development
Moving into concept development we had a list of issues faced by sales teams, marketing teams and manufacturing to answer. We began to package our ideas and refine them into conceptual designs. We then began our iterative process of combining ideas and laying out how our system would work and which challenges we were aiming to solve for. For example we developed a base system to decrease timing issues by pre-assmebling a base allowing contractors to lay flooring before shipment of all their casegoods.
Stanley Innerspace Final Design
The Stanley Innerspace 8000 series is not a cabinet. It is a case-good system focused on increased manufacturing and installation efficiencies. Our system allows cabinets to be swiftly flipped from stationary to mobile and from patient rooms to a long list of hospital environments. This provides case-goods that can adapt to their surroundings.
